Welcome to the City of Dyersburg online payments website!

The following services are available:

• Utility Billing

• Property Tax

In order to use our site for Utility Billing, you will need to:

1. Register a new account with Municipal Online Payments (Register)
2. Activate your account with the registration confirmation email sent from Municipal Online Services. 
3. Add your account(s). You will be asked to provide your new account number and last payment amount. (This is the total amount that was billed to you, minus any credit card fees.) If this is your first billing, enter 0 for the payment amount.

For Property Tax payments, registration is optional.

*Notice:  There is a 3% credit card processing fee plus $2.00 per transaction fee for payments made online or by phone at 844-225-7114.
